SHIPS
The Apprenticeships in Music Production Technology (AMPT) program prepares Bridgeport youth ages 15–21 for sustainable careers in the live-music and creative-technology industries.
Through paid, hands-on training and mentorship from working professionals, apprentices build technical expertise, workplace confidence, and direct pathways into employment.

Lighting Technician
Designing, programming, and operating stage lighting for live performances.

Sound Engineering & Production
Running professional audio systems, mixing live sound, and managing technical production.

Live Event Photography & Videography
Capturing and producing visual media for concerts, artists, and venues.

FOUNDATIONS
Apprentices receive core technical instruction, mentorship, and introductory live-event experience.
